The one we already got from you is working great and we’ve made lots of money with it. Now I need another cnc router can work with 5*10ft sheets. I will reach out again in about a month when we have made a decision. I will made second purchase from Blue Elephant for sure.
Due to the machine finished testing before shipping, I only connect with some electric cables and do few parameters setting. The machine can be working. I have deeply impression into faster installation. I made some simple test, the machine is running more faster and smooth, without vibration. This is exactly what I was expecting.
During operation the machine, i faced some technical issues. The salesman setup the service group via whatsapp. Blue Elephant engineers help me step by step, until I am totaly understand.
