Compared with a single-head six-sided CNC drilling machine, this six-sided drilling double machine connection uses Blue Elephant's self-developed precision CNC dual drilling kit, which ensures high precision while increasing drilling efficiency by 30%, greatly saving labor and time costs.
1. Each drill package contains 12 vertical drill bits and 8 horizontal drill bits. Double drill packages can drill holes at the same time. Compared with single drill package, the efficiency is increased by 30%. At the same time, the multiple different drill bits can be switched quickly, which can meet the fast and efficient drilling and milling of all holes and slots.
2. It only needs one worker to operate, load and unload. The operation is simple and fast, saving one labor cost.
3. Adopting C-type double gripper mechanism, it can control board feeding and positioning according to computer drilling program, which is more stable and reliable.
4. The maximum processing length of this machine is 250-2800mm, the maximum processing width is 50-1200mm.
