This automatic avoidance edge banding machine adopts a hinge hole avoidance device, which solves the problem of damage to the board and edge caused by the springboard when sealing boards with hinge holes, saving time and effort and reducing enterprise costs. The maximum processing speed can reach 23m/min, and the tracking chamfering can reach 18m/min.With complete functions, stable system, intelligent operation control and high-speed and efficient production, it is suitable for mass production of panel furniture.
1.This bander machine adopts a hinge hole avoidance device, ignoring the hinge holes, perfectly replacing the pads, saving labor, directly sealing the edges, and being smooth and undamaged.
2.It uses Blue Elephant customized 22CM high-pressure beam, which is stronger than conventional pressure beams, not easy to deform, and has more stable edge sealing.
3. The upper glue pot is compatible with Eva and PUR glue, melts glue quickly, applies glue thinly, mixes glue convenient and efficient, and is easy to remove and clean.
4. The lower glue pot uses PUR glue, with precise glue supply and fully enclosed glue delivery, making the glue coating thinner, more delicate and even.
5. Pre-milling function: It can mill the edges and residues of the cut surface of the plate flat. The glue coating is more uniform and the glue line is thinner.
6. It adopts 5.5KW large motor, stable and powerful.
