E70JDSR Automatic Edge Bander
This custom automatic edge banding machine is designed for edge banding process with PUR glue. Regular edge banding machines have the glue pot installed at the bottom, while this edge bander has an upper glue pot dedicated for PUR glue. Besides, this machine also adds an cleaning function, compared with the E-70J model, to remove the residual glue. It is an upgraded edge banding machine for cabinet and other wood furniture making.
1. It can complete the following functions automatically: pre-milling, gluing and banding, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, tracking and rounding, scraping, cleaning, and polishing.
2. It is provided with an upper glue pot for using PUR hot-melt glue. PUR glue has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, water vapor resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance. So banding with PUR glue has better banding effects, narrow glue lines and good mildew-proof and moisture-proof features.
3. The additional cleaning function of this edgebander can remove the residual glue from the banding edges to make the edges more smooth and pretty.
4. The profile tracking and trimming function can trim the banded panel corners more smooth. The self-designed tracking motion and gas circuit stabilize the tracking and rounding process.
5. It adopts an industry-leading touchscreen, which has a friendly man-machine interface and quick response.

Wow, i like this big guy. Heavy duty body with 500mm Z axis, but running more stable, without vibration. I start to cut some simple designs, i need time to learn more. Blue Elephant is my right choice.
