This is a 4 axis CNC router designed for carving and engraving styrofoam or EPS. It is equipped with a 9kW HQD ATC spindle, which can swing by 180 degrees from left to right. This EPS CNC router has a large Z-axis travel (1200mm), which allows the carving and engraving of large-sized molds. It can also use long CNC router bits, suitable for processing foam materials. This video shows the machining process of this CNC router machine carving a foam car model.
