Case:How to solve Y/Y axis hardware limit switch
1 Machine information:
Alarm:1 axis Y/Y hardware limit switch

Reason analysis:We can see Y axis pressing the limit switch.
1 Confirm whether the machine is alarming when returning to home or moving manually
2 Three point means machine can’t finished home or home failed,icon like BMW car when successful.
Solution:
Now you need to check if a lower limit piece is loose of falling off.
Please check the limit sensor whether loose or drop one.Total have two metal sensor,one is home limit,another is home protection.Now is limit protection alarm.
Normally,limit switch press home limit first,secondly press limit protection.
