Case:Ball screw cnc router Z home failed with some abnormal noise,Z value constantly bigger
1 Machine information:Ball screw cnc router
2 Problem:When customer let all axis home,Z have some abnormal noise.The value of the Z axis has been constantly expanding,home failed.
Above picture is normal ball screw cnc router normal pic of Z axis.
After customer move the Dust cloth as follows,
We find I found that the metal that should have touched the limit block was bent and stuck in the dust cloth, causing the machine to fail to return zero.
3 Solution: Have the customer replace the bent screw with a screw of the same length.
