Case:customer said every axis can moce,spindle can't spins
1 machine information:
control system:mach3
2 After sales process：
We are told mach3 interface have no alarm,inverter have no alarm,too,so we can make sure not the inverter problem according the picture.
Also customer press F5 in mach3 control system,spindle not spins.
We reinstall mach3 control system,spindle can’t on,too.So we exclude software issues.
We check the mach3 control card,find FWD this line is off connect.
3 Solution:
After connect FWD,machine can working normally.
