Case:syntec 6MB file manager don't appear file(file still does exist)

- 2.1 Question:we can't see file,file folder in file manager,but we can see file still in USB in file transfer,like pic.
- 2.2 Check customer's parameter,find no abnormal.Introducing customer restore factory backup parameters,unresolved.Rarely problem,seek help to syntec engineer.
- 2.3 Syntec engineer give us a solution to format Disk A as follows,
Power off,before power on we need press left button and right button until enter "System Agent".According screen tips to choose,pic as follows,
Exit SA interface.
The parameters will not be deleted, and the machining program, workpiece coordinate system and tool length will be cleared.
Problem sloved,control system working normally.
